VMR provides 2 Bar Staff who open 30 mins prior to function and close venue at or before 12.30pm. $20 each per hour - Hirer to pay in cash at Function.

Beer, wine, spirits and soft drinks PROVIDED BY CLUB. (Special requests arranged but paid for in advance) VMR Brisbane venue is a Licensed Premise, NO BYO alcohol is permitted on the premises and NO alcohol may be removed unopened or unconsumed.

The Hall is available on a first-come first-served basis, seven days a week, and the Bar may be opened between 10am and 11pm weekdays or 11.30pm Saturdays, excepting on Good Friday, Anzac Day, and Christmas Day. All noise MUST cease and all persons be off the premises by midnight as per the Hire Agreement.

VMR BRISBANE is strictly a NO SMOKING environment. Set-up MAY be arranged prior to functions depending on usage NO drawing pins, sticky tape or Blu -tack to be used. We ask all hirers to respect our grounds as well as the function venue. Please ensure your guests keep the area clean and tidy when moving around the exterior of thebuilding. Please ensure that all guests are informed of Emergency evacuation & assembly points at the beginning of your function.
